The machine consists of three main parts: the base unit, the column, and the arm.
The base unit can move horizontally along a floor-mounted track (optional) or be directly and permanently fixed to the floor. The horizontal movement on the track can be motorized (with adjustable speed) or manual. The vertical column with the cross support can be rotated manually around its axis. The arm’s movement in two axes (Z and Y), together with the torch and equipment, is motorized and speed-adjustable. This machine is typically used in combination with various turning devices and positioners.

1. Base Unit: Horizontal Carriage with Floor Track

• Horizontal carriage movement is manual (optional: motorized)
• Track length made to order, standard length 6 meters

2. Vertical Column

• Manually rotatable around its axis (optional: motorized rotation)
• Vertical movement driven by electric motor with constant speed
• The welding power source is also mounted on the column

3. Arm (Horizontal Beam)

• Vertical and horizontal movement
• Electric motor drive with adjustable speed
• Welding head for the selected welding process mounted at the end
• A two-axis actuator is usually installed on the arm for automatic torch movement, AVC, and oscillation
