Circumferential Seam Welders

Circumferential Seam Welders (circular welding machines) are used for series production circular welding, such as joining pipes (boilers, fire extinguishers, air tanks, pressure vessels…). The welding process is automated with NC control, precise torch movement, and parameter control with a simple touch screen user interface. Once the welding piece is in place, all operations are performed automatically, including positioning, clamping, and welding. Specially designed tools can be used as needed. Digital welding parameters allow precise configuration of the machine before welding.

Circumferential Seam Welders

KMK

KMK is a circumferential welding machine that has a fixed rotating unit (positioner) on one side and a movable clamping unit (tailstock) on the other side. These devices can weld with multiple torches simultaneously.

Adjustable pneumatic tube support with automatic lift.

Pneumatic clamps with adjustable position.

Linear rails for precise and repeatable positioning.

KMO

KMO is a specialized circumferential welding machine designed for welding thin tanks and vessels. It is commonly used for wine and milk tank welding of less than 1 mm thick. It has a modern hydraulic clamping solution that holds the welding piece from the inside while providing gas protection and water cooling (circular backing rail).

Innovative solution for outstanding welding results.

Reduces or eliminates the need for steel post-processing.

Possibility to weld different diameters and lengths.

KMS

KMS is a circumferential welding machine used for welding elbows of chimneys and similar parts. In this machine, the torch is fixed while the workpiece rotates.

Fast and automated welding cycle.

Excellent repeatability and quality.

Replace the clamping tool for different needs.

KEG

KEG is an automatic orbital nozzle welding machine – circular seamer. This type differs from others as the workpiece is fixed, and the torch rotates around the axis. This allows welding in hard-to-reach areas, e.g., around nozzles, joints, fittings, and similar.

Welding of couplings and connections to bottoms.

Adjustable welding angle and all standard parameters.

Automatic torch displacement when clamping or unclamping.
