AVP d.o.o. is one of the leading manufacturers and providers of welding automation solutions for industrial processes. We specialise in the design, manufacture and sale of welding machines and equipment that help automate welding processes, improve efficiency and accuracy and reduce costs.
Our welding machines and equipment are used for high-tech applications in the pharmaceutical, food, automotive and aerospace industries. We offer a variety of welding solutions, including automatic welding machines, welding seamers, rotary tables, specialised machines and automated welding equipment.

Company history

1990

The company is founded and the first welding machines are produced.

1993

Development and production of the A13 trolley for automatic EPP welding.

1995

Production of the first polishing machine for sheet metal processing.

1996

Production of the first KMO machine and WP400 welding rotator.

1998

Production of the first KVS welding console - column and boom system.

1998

In addition to custom machines, specialised welding equipment is also produced.

2001

AVP starts with robot welding and builds the first robotic cell with clamping tools.

2003

Manufacture of custom welding equipment with automatic tactile and laser tracking system.

2004

VSV machines are the company's main product, AVP produced 16 VSV machines in a single year.

2005

Extending of the range of roller beds and production of the first twin-cylinder (two rolls) rolling machine.

2006

Moving from the old location on Bravničarjeva Street in Ljubljana to a new location in Brezovica.

2006-2010

Sales to customers outside Slovenia exceed 50% of total production. AVP defines new colours for its machines: blue and yellow.

2016

AVP becomes one of the first companies to start producing laser welding seamers. Many accessories are added to the production range; machine vision, welding cameras, etc.

2019

Construction of the first 26-metre robotic welding track and structure.

2022

Production of the longest internal longitudinal welding machine, 11 metres long.

2022

Development of a new version of the KTV 2X6 machine for TIG welding of dimple cooling jackets.

2024

The company produces a complete graphic overhaul - logo, website and product catalogues.
