The AVP VSS 311 is a high-efficiency, NC-controlled dedicated automatic welding system designed for fast, precise, and repeatable laser welding of various metal components, profiles, and linear assemblies up to 600 mm in length. The system delivers superior aesthetic and structural weld quality with minimal heat input and zero part distortion.
Two-Station Continuous Workflow: Features two independent work zones separated by an optical radiation safety shield. This alternating operation mode allows the operator to safely load and unload workpieces on one station while the laser head automatically welds on the other.
NC Linear Drive & Pneumatic Clamping: An NC-driven X-axis with a 3100 mm stroke ensures smooth, high-precision movement of the laser head. Four pneumatic clamping nests with adaptable tooling allow quick re-tooling for different workpiece geometries.
Advanced Control & Camera Monitoring: Supports spot and segment laser welding with multi-program recipe memory. Equipped with a touchscreen HMI, a dedicated video monitor for live laser welding camera feed, and a wired remote pendant for setup.
