Optimized for Aluminum
The development of the cell focused on optimizing aluminum welding—a material that requires precise tuning due to its unique thermal conductivity. Certain parameters are exclusive to the VCS and enable uniform welds at high speeds, ensuring flawless results from the very first millimeter. Specific settings for acceleration, delays, and gas flow allow us to achieve repeatable outcomes on this otherwise demanding material.
