This machine solves a common problem encountered with rollers, namely poorly curved (non-curved) beginning and end of the sheet. This is achieved by using a special polyurethane material on the bottom roll. The bottom roll is raised using hydraulics, and a positioning device can be added above the rolls to hold and position the workpiece. The machine hydraulically opens from the side to facilitate the removal of the rolled piece. It is often used for rolling various steel products such as boiler shells, fire extinguishers, pipes, air tanks, pressure vessels, and similar.

Additionally, it serves as an ideal tool for preparing pipes for welding on our VSV machines.
