Circular welding devices are usually used for serial circular welding, such as joining pipes (boilers, fire extinguishers, air tanks, pressure vessels…). The welding process is similar to VSV machines, moving using linear guides, controlling with a similar user interface. Once the welding piece is in place, all operations are performed automatically, including positioning, clamping, and welding. Specially designed tools can be used as needed. The machine is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller). Digital welding parameters allow precise configuration of the machine before welding. Welding sources can be chosen as needed.
