The KEG is designed for automatic circular welding. The workpiece is held stationary while the torch rotates 360° and beyond. This allows welding of hard-to-reach areas – around couplings, water heater pipes, connectors, etc.
- Burner rotation speed: 2-20 rpm,
- maximum pipe diameter: 40 mm,
- pneumatic burner feed,
- pneumatic or motorised feed between several connections,
- water-cooled mechanical burner with elements for fine adjustment of the burner position,
- pneumatic tools,
- numerical control of the machine; after welding, the torch returns to the starting position.
