We offer the development and complete manufacturing of heavy-duty, portal-type structures for robot welding. These constructions are typically used for the movement of a welding robot along a 3-axis path. It can be modular, allowing for easy assembly. Our design ensures that the entire structure can be assembled with the utmost precision.

Additionally, the construction typically includes a carriage for the welding source and the robot controller. With precision linear rails, we achieve precise movement over distances exceeding 20 meters. Shorter length of the track is also available. Servo motors for all three axes are connected and controlled by the robot controller.
