VK is a rolling machine for bending (rolling) sheet metal into cones of desired dimensions. It is designed for sheets that are pre-cut to size. The machine allows easy adjustment of the main roller angle using mechanical adjustment. Several smaller support rollers under the main roller ensure that the surface of the product remains undamaged. The main roller is driven by a servomotor, and during rolling, two levers push the table upwards via pneumatic cylinders.

To use the machine, the sheet metal is inserted from the front using a positioning device, the sheet is automatically rolled, and then it is pulled out from the side. There are doors on the side that are manually opened after the rolling process is complete. If necessary, the main roller can be replaced for different diameters or changes in the cone angle (optional).

The speed and direction are set via NC control, and the parameters can be stored using the touch screen. For easier work during the rolling process, a foot switch can be used. In addition, the machine is equipped with a safety switch – pull-out safety rope.
